Dublin Approves Bridge North: 296 Homes, a Hotel and Offices Near Bridge Park
Dublin approved Bridge North, a 7-acre mixed-use plan from the Daimler Group with 296 new homes, a 150-room hotel, offices and shops near Bridge Park.
Dublin has approved a big new mixed-use project called Bridge North. The city's planning and zoning commission signed off on the final plans on July 9, 2026, according to local news reports. The site sits near Crawford Hoying's well-known Bridge Park district.
The developer is the Daimler Group. The plan covers about 7 acres along Riverside Drive. It runs between John Shields Parkway and Tuller Road.
What gets built
Bridge North will mix homes, shops, offices, and a hotel. The plans call for:
- 296 homes spread across three buildings - A 150-room Tempo by Hilton hotel - 75,000 square feet of office space - 60,000 square feet of shops and restaurants - A five-story office building - Structured parking and a central public plaza - A walking bridge over the Scioto River
The developer says Bridge North will have a look and feel much like the Bridge Park district next door. That means restaurants, markets, health and wellness shops, and walking paths.
Why it matters for Dublin
Dublin keeps adding homes and jobs in one place. That is the point of mixed-use. People can live, work, shop, and eat without a long drive. It also puts more housing near the river and close to shops that already draw crowds.
For context, Crawford Hoying's Bridge Park is a $580 million project. Per Crawford Hoying, it holds more than 700 rental homes, about 250 for-sale homes, offices, hotels, and the North Market Bridge Park. The land was a tired strip mall and driving range before 2012. Bridge North would add a second cluster of homes and shops close by.
More homes matter for renters. Dublin has strong demand and tight supply. New units can ease pressure over time, even if new buildings start at higher rents. The 296 homes here will not fix supply on their own. But they add real units in a place people want to live.
What to watch next
Watch for a groundbreaking. The team expects to break ground in 2026. A project this size takes years to build, so the homes and hotel will not open right away.
Also watch the rents. New mixed-use homes in Dublin tend to price near the top of the market. Investors tracking central Ohio growth can see how we help deploy capital here.
Takeaway: Dublin's approval of Bridge North means hundreds of new homes, a hotel, and offices are headed to the Bridge Park area — a fresh sign that Dublin's growth is far from done.
