Accessibility Statement

CREN's draft accessibility commitment, contact path, and audit targets for public pages and forms.

Effective date: 2026-08-29

Review status: Owner execution version. Contact CREN for notices; not attorney approval.

Commitment

CREN should aim for accessible public content, forms, navigation, and account workflows. The working target should be WCAG 2.2 AA where feasible, with manual and automated checks for the routes that matter most to readers, advertisers, and profile owners.

Checks

  • Keyboard access, visible focus, color contrast, headings, labels, error messages, alt text, link purpose, responsive layout, and no horizontal overflow.
  • Forms should identify required fields, errors, success states, and privacy/disclosure links.
  • Generated or uploaded images need meaningful alt text or an empty decorative role when appropriate.

Feedback path

Users should have a clear contact path for accessibility problems, including page URL, assistive technology where relevant, and the issue encountered. CREN should track and prioritize fixes.
