Northwest Bank Plans New Dublin Headquarters at Bridge North
Dublin City Council approved incentives for Northwest Bank's new 75,000-square-foot Bridge North headquarters, targeting a 2029 move and 300 jobs by 2034.

Northwest Bank will build a new Dublin headquarters at Bridge North, moving out of its Easton-area offices into a 75,000-square-foot building by the first half of 2029. Dublin City Council approved economic incentives for the project on August 24, 2026.
A New Anchor For Bridge North
The project sits inside Bridge North, a mixed-use development from Daimler Group and Indus Hotels in Dublin's Bridge Street District, according to Dublin's city council announcement. Moody Nolan, a Columbus-based architecture firm, is designing the office, and JLL is handling brokerage and project management, according to Connect CRE.
Bridge North already had a residential and hotel component in the pipeline before this office commitment became public; CREN covered Dublin's approval of that plan in July. The bank's office lease fills in the commercial half of the same site.
Council Ties Incentives To New Jobs
Dublin's economic development agreement does not pay out incentives upfront. Northwest Bank can earn a performance-based grant equal to 15% of new employee payroll withholding taxes generated from 2030 through 2034, capped at $460,000, according to the city's announcement. It can also receive a separate $50,000 grant once it signs the lease and obtains an occupancy permit.
That structure means Dublin only pays if the bank actually adds local payroll and completes the building, rather than committing money against a project that could still change.
The Timeline: 2029 Move, 2034 Workforce Target
Northwest Bank expects to move into the new building in the first half of 2029 under an initial 15-year lease, according to Connect CRE. The bank's headquarters workforce is expected to more than double to 300 employees by 2034, according to Connect CRE and Dublin's announcement.
"This investment represents an important step in Northwest Bank's continued growth and transformation," said Louis J. Torchio, the bank's president and CEO, in the city's announcement.
What The Space Says About Office Demand
Dividing the building's 75,000 square feet by the bank's 300-employee target works out to about 250 square feet per worker once the headquarters reaches full staffing. That is a denser build-to-suit than many downtown Columbus Class A towers, which is consistent with a suburban headquarters designed around collaborative space rather than a traditional floor plan.
The move adds a financial-services anchor tenant to Dublin's office market at a time when the Bridge Street District is still filling out its commercial mix alongside Bridge Park's residential and hospitality growth. Building permits, an occupancy certificate and Northwest Bank's actual move-in date will be the next verifiable checkpoints.
